Refund/Cancellation Policy

This Refund/Cancellation Policy governs the terms and conditions for refunds and cancellations of courses offered through the BlinkSkills website.

1. Refunds

1.1. Refunds will be issued only under the following circumstances:

  • Course cancellation by BlinkSkills.
  • Technical issues preventing access to the course material, which cannot be resolved within a reasonable time frame.
  • Dissatisfaction with the course content within the first 3 days of purchase.

1.2. To request a refund, the customer must submit a written request to trainings@blinkskills.com within the specified time frame along with proof of purchase.

1.3. Refunds will be processed within 3 working days of receiving the refund request. The refunded amount will be credited back to the original method of payment.

2. Cancellations

2.1. Customers may cancel their enrollment in a course at any time before accessing the course material.

2.2. To cancel enrollment, the customer must submit a written request to trainings@blinkskills.com stating their intention to cancel.

2.3. Cancellations made within 3 days of purchase will be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made after this period will not be eligible for a refund.

3. Changes to Refund/Cancellation Policy

3.1. BlinkSkills reserves the right to modify this Refund/Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
